At JJ Adam’s, we are committed to providing the best prices on our electric bikes, . Our Price Match or Best Price Guarantee is there to ensure that you get the best value on your purchases. Please view the following terms and conditions to understand how our Price Match Guarantee works:

Eligible Products:

  • The Price Match Guarantee applies to all electric bikes, available on our website.
  • The product must be identical in brand, model, colour, size, and condition to the one offered by the competitor.
  • The price match guarantee does not apply to products purchased using a Cycle to Work scheme. 

Eligible Competitors:

  • We will match prices from authorised and reputable online retailers.
  • Products sold by retailers with a showroom or bulk or liquidated  stock warehouse are not matched.
  • Prices are not matched against retailers such as eBay

Verification Process

  • The lower price must be visible and verified by our customer service team at the time of the request.
  • Price match requests can be made prior to purchase or within 24 hours of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to pricing errors, clearance sales, closeouts, liquidation sales, refurbished items, or special promotions such as buy one get one free or bundle offers.
  • Prices from membership clubs, loyalty programs, or discounts requiring a specific membership code or credit card are excluded.

Shipping and Handling:

  • When comparing prices, we take into account the total cost  including shipping and handling fees.
  • The competitor’s price must include all costs associated with getting the product to the customer.

Promotions and Discounts:

  • Our Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other JJ Adam’s promotional offers, discounts, or coupons.
  • Competitor promotional codes, rebates, and mail-in offers are not eligible for price matching.

How to Request a Price Match:

  • To request a price match, contact our customer service team via email at info@jjadamsbikes.com
  • Provide the URL of the competitor's product page and any relevant details for verification.

Approval and Adjustments:

  • If the price match request is approved, we will change the price of the product before purchase or refund the difference if the purchase has already been made.
  • Refunds for approved price match requests will be processed within 8-10 business days.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:

  • JJ Adam’s reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will apply to requests made after the changes take effect.
